Hairline looping sketch script
Sigeboy is a hairline looping sketch script in black on a spiral notebook: very fine monoline strokes, huge open loops, a low body and a long underline that runs beneath the word and curls at the end.

Visual anatomy & craft review
The word sits across a lined page, and the face is a sketch script: the S opens as a wide loop, the i and the g are narrow, the e and the b are built from open loops, the o and the y are small and the final y throws an exit that becomes a long flat underline travelling to the right of the word and curling back. The stroke is a hairline throughout, the loops are much larger than the bodies, and the underline is drawn as part of the composition, so the lettering reads as a wire sketch rather than a calligraphy. The ground is a spiral-bound notebook with a pen in the margin, which makes the sketchbook context explicit, and two tracked lines at the foot name the face and the studio. Sigeboy is a display script for cards, branding and packaging with a light, drawn tone, and it needs a large size and a smooth stock.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Sigeboy’s stroke geometry.
A wire-drawn script gives a minimal card its whole ornament, and the underline replaces the rule a plain layout would need.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 130 by 180 mm invitation: set the names at 25 pt on one line, keep 20 mm of clear ground beneath the underline before the venue at 9 pt, and hold 20 mm of margin on both sides.
Pre-production check
Hairline strokes break on textured card; print one invitation on the intended stock and check the underline before the suite.
A sketch script suits a shop that sells printed matter, and the light stroke reads as a mark drawn on a sample rather than a printed logo.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 60 by 45 mm label: set the studio name at 13 pt on one line, keep 5 mm of clear ground beneath before the address at 5 pt, and hold 4 mm of margin on both sides.
Pre-production check
At thirteen points the hairline can grey out; print one on the real stock and check the loops before the order.
A hairline script gives an opener a drawn quality, and the big loops make a single word carry a wide page without any visual weight.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 230 by 300 mm opener: set the title at 76 pt on one line, keep 26 mm of clear ground beneath before the standfirst at 11 pt, and hold 24 mm of margin on both sides.
Pre-production check
A hairline at seventy-six points can look like a ruled line rather than lettering; print one opener at the finished size and check the weight before the issue.
