Broad serif with enclosing loops
Pandore is a broad serif in cream on a dark interior photograph: heavy stems with fine serifs, and curled strokes that leave the P and the final e and loop back over the word, with a star set inside the o and a row of small tracked notes along the foot.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The word spans the plate and the drawing is a display serif whose curls enclose the whole setting: one stroke leaves the P and sweeps over the letters, another closes the final e, and the star inside the o replaces a plain counter. That enclosing construction is a display decision, and it means the face needs a generous size and clear space on all sides, which the specimen provides by placing the word above an empty armchair. The notes along the foot are tiny tracked caps and they name the alternate glyphs, the ligatures and the language support, which is the practical information a buyer checks. Because the contrast is high, the face works at display sizes and on a dark ground, and the photograph is dark enough that the cream reads without a keyline.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Pandore’s stroke geometry.
An enclosing serif gives a venue a mark that reads as signage rather than as a logo, and the heavy stems hold on a brass plate.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the mark at 20 pt on a menu, 100 mm on a wall and 13 pt on a card, keeping the curls only above 24 pt. Keep one colour and clear space equal to the cap height.
Pre-production check
Check the 13 pt card mark, where a curl can close the line above; drop it at that size. Confirm the wall mark reads at eight metres and that the brass etching holds the hairlines.
A curly serif gives a luxury cover a single gesture, and the star counter keeps the composition from needing an illustration.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the masthead at 105 mm cap height across 205 mm, the cover lines in an 8 pt serif, and the issue at 7 pt. Print one ink on a coated stock and keep the masthead over a dark area.
Pre-production check
Check the masthead at 105 mm, where a curl can collide with the cover lines; keep 12 mm clear. Confirm the 7 pt issue survives lamination and that the star counter stays open.
An enclosing serif gives an invitation a composed look, and the curls let a short pair of names fill a card without added ornament.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
A5 invitation: the names at 26 pt with the curls engaged, the request in a 9.5 pt serif, and the date at 8.5 pt caps. Keep 26 mm margins and foil one colour on a deep card.
Pre-production check
Check the 26 pt names in foil, where a curled stroke can break; keep it above 0.3 mm. Confirm the 9.5 pt request reads at arm's length and that the curls clear the trim by 12 mm.
