Tall narrow capitals with a shared H-E bar and a sweeping R leg below O
Heroes builds square display capitals with unusual joins: the H carries a crossbar through both stems, the R drops a long leg below the line and the O is cut by a diagonal slash.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The name fills the frame in cream on a warm tan ground, the letters squared with flat tops and even strokes, and each one interrupted somewhere that a conventional sans would not be. The E keeps three equal arms and the S is drawn almost as a rectangle with rounded ends. Two tracked captions frame the sample. The face is a mark-making display design: it holds a short word at poster size and it confuses a reader in a sentence, because the cuts look like errors once the size drops and the pattern of interruptions repeats.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Heroes’s stroke geometry.
The cut letterforms give a short brand name a graphic identity, and the heavy strokes hold on a small roasted coffee bag label.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 90 by 150 mm bag label: set the brand at 26 pt on one row, keep 12 mm of clear ground beneath before the roast note at 7 pt, and keep 8 mm to the bag edge so the slashed O is not clipped.
Pre-production check
The cuts are small at label size; check the printed label before the roast run. Compare a printed copy with the file before ordering.
The structural idea fills a masthead without an illustration, and the heavy weight holds over a solid colour ground at cover size.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 240 by 320 mm cover: set the masthead at 110 pt on one row, keep 26 mm of clear ground beneath before the year at 10 pt, and keep 22 mm of margin from the trim on every side.
Pre-production check
Interrupted stems can look like print damage; check the proof at final size before signing off.
One word fills a wide banner with a graphic idea, and the heavy strokes stay legible at full banner distance and in poor light.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 1200 by 400 mm banner: set the market name at 140 pt on one row, keep 32 mm of clear ground beneath before the dates at 20 pt, and keep 34 mm of border so the long leg of the R stays on the banner.
Pre-production check
Long legs can cross the trim; check the artwork before the banner is ordered. Print a sample and re-check it at final size.
