Puffy outlined capitals with repeated small scallops around outer edges and counters
Cute Clouds draws every capital as a puffy cloud with scalloped edges and a hand-dotted outline, set in a soft cream on a pale sky with hot-air balloons.

Visual anatomy & craft review
CUTE over CLOUDS fills the card in two rows of cloud letters, each one a fat scalloped shape drawn with a wobbly contour that breaks into dots at the corners, filled in cream and outlined in a deep navy. The letters have no counters to speak of — the holes are the same scalloped puffs — which gives the set its soft, slightly pillowy look, and the spacing is loose so the clouds never touch. Behind the words the ground is a pale blue with a wash of cloud along the bottom, and two watercolour hot-air balloons float at the upper corners. A handwritten caption at the foot names the style. The construction is a display face for young audiences, and the dotted contour is the detail that keeps it from looking like a rubber stamp.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Cute Clouds’s stroke geometry.
The soft shapes suit a party for a very young child, and the cream letters hold on a pastel card where a bright face would shout.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 105 by 148 mm invitation: set the name at 34 pt across two rows, keep 15 mm of clear ground beneath before the details at 8.5 pt, and hold 12 mm from the puffy edge to the card edge.
Pre-production check
The dotted contour vanishes below 20 pt; print one invitation at the finished size and check the scallops before the batch.
The lettering is gentle enough for a baby room, and the thick shapes read from the doorway where a thin handwritten face would blur.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 400 by 300 mm board: set the greeting at 80 pt across two rows, keep 24 mm of clear ground between the rows, and hold 22 mm of border so no puff is trimmed.
Pre-production check
Pale cream on white loses contrast; print one sign on the intended board and check it across a room before the set.
The face fits a small garment tag, and the soft shapes read as comfortable rather than as novelty on a shelf of plain cotton.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 45 by 35 mm woven label: set the brand at 11 pt on one row, keep 4 mm of clear ground beneath before the size at 4 pt, and hold 3 mm from the outline to the label border.
Pre-production check
Woven labels lose the dot contour; print one label on the real weave and check the scallops before the order.
