Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
Bugar Sport is a tall condensed athletic sans with squared bowls, subtle flared corner notches and a single-layer build, drawn so it cuts fast in vinyl and prints cleanly on a jersey. The proportions are narrow enough to fit a long surname above a two-digit number on one chest panel, and the flares keep the letters from looking like plain rectangles at size. It needs roughly 22 mm for the notches to read, and it is at its best in one bright colour on a dark garment.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Bugar Sport’s stroke geometry.
Condensed athletic caps fit a full surname and number on one panel, which is the constraint that decides most team kits. Single-layer shapes cut fast in vinyl for a booster club.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Chest print 300 x 180 mm, surname 45 mm, number 150 mm, 50 mm from the collar. Nameplate 120 x 40 mm, name 14 mm. Banner 1500 x 400 mm, word 260 mm, 100 mm margins.
Pre-production check
Corner notches under 1.5 mm disappear on a plastisol print and the letters look plain. Keep the flare at 2 mm at delivery size, and wash one printed shirt twice before the team order.
Squared bowls read as team kit rather than fashion, which is what a club shop sells. The condensed width fits a long team handle across a jersey back.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Jersey back 300 x 250 mm, handle 55 mm above a 170 mm number, 40 mm margins. Banner 2000 x 600 mm, word 320 mm, 120 mm margins with eyelets every 500 mm. Chest print 240 x 120 mm, word 40 mm, 30 mm margins.
Pre-production check
Esports jerseys use sublimation over a full garment, and a bright saturated fill can band on a polyester weave. Ask for a pressing test on one shirt, and check the flare edges before the drop.
Athletic caps carry a season's association, which makes a volunteer shirt feel like kit rather than merchandise. The condensed forms fit a surname plus a year on one line.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Shirt print 260 x 140 mm, surname 45 mm, year numerals 55 mm. Plaque 300 x 200 mm, word 40 mm engraved, 25 mm margins. Print 300 x 400 mm, word 80 mm, 30 mm margins.
Pre-production check
Engraving needs a solid silhouette, and corner flares under 1 mm fill with the cutter's minimum line. Supply a simplified file for anything engraved, or the plate arrives with rounded corners instead of notches.
