Foundry portfolio · Decorative · Script · Duo
susecreative writes decorative script with a floral mood. Lovely Butterfly is ornamental, Jolie is softer, and the six releases are aimed at wedding pieces, gifts and boutique packaging.
Before you buy from this studio
Floral ornament competes with letterform detail. Check the ornament at the same size as the text before laying out a card.
Looped script with flourishes
Lovely Butterfly is a looped connected script in magenta on cream: a large word with tall loops and long dotted side flourishes, a smaller script word beneath, butterfly illustrations at both ends and a pale butterfly silhouette behind the letters, with two plain lines at the foot.
Rounded solid capitals paired with fine butterfly-and-leaf contours along their edges
Jolie places broad white capitals on turquoise with fine coloured contours following parts of the outer edges: the contours rise into small looped butterfly shapes near the upper terminals and tiny leaf sprigs grow from several lower strokes.

Heart monogram with botanical ornament
Lovely Valentine is a decorative valentine design built around a large heart: a single initial stands inside the heart on a stem of leaves, a rose grows up the stem, a butterfly and a scatter of four-point stars fill the field, and a connected script names the face beneath.
