Curled narrow Halloween capitals
Wicked Broom shows tall narrow serif capitals with irregular pointed ends and tiny spiral terminals, where the R leg curls broadly beneath its neighbour and the O stays a long oval rather than rounding out.

Visual anatomy & craft review
The caps compress tall, the ends taper to points, small spirals finish several strokes and one leg sweeps under the following letter. The spiral terminal is the character: it gives a narrow cap row a gothic flourish without a picture, which is why the sample keeps to a short seasonal name. Because the spirals are the thinnest part, keep 30 pt as the floor, and keep 20 mm of clearance below where a leg curls past the baseline. The spirals are the thinnest strokes: they snap in foil and close below about 30 pt, and a leg that sweeps under the next letter needs 20 mm of clearance below the baseline.

The narrow curled caps set a seasonal sign, and the pointed ends read at 60 pt on a printed board seen from a queue, where the spirals still register as curls rather than specks.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 500 by 250 mm board: set the word at 60 pt, keep 24 mm of border for the curling leg, and set the opening times at 14 pt in a plain caps on a band beneath.
Pre-production check
Spiral terminals at 30 pt vanish at distance; check the mounted board and hold the word at 52 pt or above.
The tall caps fit a narrow tag, and the curled ends stay visible at 22 pt on a 40 mm label, provided the curled leg gets ten millimetres of clear ground beneath it.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 40 by 60 mm label: set the word at 22 pt, keep 10 mm of clear ground beneath for the curled leg, and keep 5 mm of border so the pointed ends are not clipped.
Pre-production check
A pointed end at the die edge looks broken; check the artwork and keep 6 mm of clear space.
The gothic caps set a story heading, and the tall forms hold a two-word title at 54 pt across a printed page, where the narrow counters stay open even at that size.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 210 mm page: set the heading at 54 pt on one row, keep 20 mm beneath before the standfirst at 10 pt, and keep the block inside the column so the sweeping leg does not cross the gutter.
Pre-production check
Thin spirals printed on tinted stock grey out; check the page and keep the heading on white.
