Open rounded low-body script
Paloma is an open rounded script in black on marble: thin monoline strokes, low round bodies with wide counters, a long entry loop on the P and a relaxed spacing that keeps a six-letter word airy.

Visual anatomy & craft review
The word is set as one line across the sheet, and the face is a handwriting script with unusually open forms: the P opens with a tall loop and a bowl that does not close, the a and the o are round with wide counters, the l rises into a narrow loop and the m is built from two open arches, while the letters connect with short light joins and stand well apart. The stroke is monoline and light to medium, the slant is minimal and the x-height is generous relative to the ascenders, which is what makes a small word look relaxed rather than crowded. The ground is marble with a brush and an ink stone at the corners, and a small serif caption at the foot names the style. Paloma is a modern script for editorial marks, labels and stationery, and it prints best in one ink at a moderate size.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Paloma’s stroke geometry.
An open airy script keeps a minimal invitation from looking empty, and the wide counters stay legible at a moderate size on textured card.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 130 by 180 mm invitation: set the names at 25 pt on one line, keep 20 mm of clear ground beneath before the venue at 9 pt, and hold 18 mm of margin on all four sides of the card.
Pre-production check
Open counters fill in when the card is too absorbent; print one invitation on the intended stock and check the a and the o before the suite.
A relaxed script suits a two-line note, and the light stroke keeps the card from feeling like a formal printed announcement.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 105 by 148 mm card: set the greeting at 26 pt on one line, keep 14 mm of clear ground beneath before the message at 10 pt, and hold 13 mm of margin on all four sides.
Pre-production check
A monoline at twenty-six points can look thin against dark text; print one card and check the contrast before the batch.
The open forms stay readable on a small tag, and using the same script as the invitation ties the favour back to the suite.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 45 by 70 mm tag: set the greeting at 12 pt on one line, keep 5 mm of clear ground beneath before the names at 6 pt, and leave 5 mm from the lowest loop to the punch hole.
Pre-production check
A tag stock with texture breaks the thin joins; print one tag, punch it and check the letters before the order.
