Round connected script with a heart dot and long tapering outer tails
Chika is a round connected script with a heavy even stroke, a heart instead of a dot on the i and long tapering tails that leave the word flat on both sides.

Visual anatomy & craft review
The phrase begins with a long entry hairline that runs in below the x-height and curls up before the c opens, then the letters stay round and heavy: the h rises into a tall plain stem, the i carries a heart above the x-height, the k splays from a single stem and the a closes a small bowl. Weight is heavy and even with only slight contrast at the joins, and the exit mirrors the entry as a flat tail that tapers to a point. The tails are the widest gestures in the composition, which is what lets a short name hold a wide card, and the heart is the only closed decorative shape. The pale ground, the soft shadow behind the word and the three caption lines are presentation; the script is the word.

The heart dot and the long flat tails let a short surname fill a landscape card, and the heavy round stroke keeps the word readable at 26 pt.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set both names at 26 pt on a 148 by 105 mm card, set the date in a small caps serif at 8 pt, and leave 18 mm at each end so both tails taper inside the trim.
Pre-production check
A heart at 26 pt can close into a dot; check the proof at final size and open the heart rather than enlarging the whole word.
The round heavy script holds at 12 pt on a small label and the heart dot gives a brand a signature detail without a second element.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the brand at 12 pt on a 45 by 70 mm label, keep the scent or volume in a 5 pt caps sans, and leave 6 mm at each end so the tails do not run into the label edge.
Pre-production check
Foil on a heavy round script can bridge at the joins; check a foil dummy at final size and open the tightest join before the die is cut.
The script fits a small tag and the flat tails give a narrow strip a composed look, which is hard to achieve at 12 pt with a vertical script.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the greeting at 12 pt on a 40 by 70 mm favour tag, keep both names in a 6 pt sans beneath it, and leave a clear 10 mm band at the top of the tag for the punched hole.
Pre-production check
A tail that crosses the punch tears when the tag is tied; check the artwork against the hole and shorten the entry rather than moving the punch.
