Serif B and H inside a heart topped by a butterfly and flanked by pulse-like lines
Butterfly Heartbeat draws two serif initials inside a heart, runs a drawn pulse line through the heart and out to both sides, and sets a line-drawn butterfly on the upper edge.

Visual anatomy & craft review
The mark fills the middle of a pale card: a heart drawn in a single even line, the letters B and H in a serif inside it, and a pulse trace that rises into two spikes on each side before curling into small scrolls at the ends. A butterfly with patterned wings rests on the top of the heart, and a small garland of drawn roses sits beneath it. The whole composition is one warm brown line at a consistent weight, with the letters the only filled shapes. Four lines of type underneath name the mark, describe it and credit the studio, the first three in a light serif. The drawing is built to be used as a single emblem, so it works as a seal, a card front or a cut file, and it wants a size where the butterfly wing pattern and the rose garland still read as drawings.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Butterfly Heartbeat’s stroke geometry.
The heart, the pulse and the butterfly carry the occasion in one emblem, so a small card needs nothing else on the front but a short line underneath.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 120 by 170 mm card: set the mark at 70 mm wide at the optical centre, keep 18 mm of clear ground beneath before the written note, and hold 14 mm from the pulse scrolls to the card edge.
Pre-production check
The pulse spikes are thin and break on textured board; print one card on the intended stock and check both peaks.
The two initials make the mark personal, and the pulse gives it a meaning beyond the usual heart when the card is for a long marriage.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 50 mm round seal: set the mark at 44 mm wide at the centre, keep 4 mm of clear ground from the pulse ends to the die circle, and hold the year at 4 pt under the heart.
Pre-production check
Small seals lose the butterfly pattern; print one seal on the real stock and check the wings before the sheet.
The pulse line says what the practice does without a written explanation, and the butterfly keeps the mark from feeling clinical.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 90 by 50 mm appointment card: set the mark at 40 mm wide at the left, keep 8 mm of clear ground beside the pulse before the contact block at 7 pt, and hold 5 mm from the mark to the card edge.
Pre-production check
Clinical printing often runs a single ink; print one card in the real process and check the pulse where it crosses the heart.
