Compact handwritten script with tall narrow ascenders and long side tails
Milkshake is a compact handwritten script in which the lowercase body stays small, the ascenders rise narrow and tall and long horizontal tails leave the word at both ends without dropping into a deep lower loop.

Visual anatomy & craft review
The m keeps three even arches, the l lifts a thin ascender, the connectors run short and tight and the first and last letters send flat tails outward along the baseline. The side tails are the character: they bracket a word like quotation marks, which is why the sample sets one short name and nothing else. Because the tails travel sideways, a line needs 16 mm of clearance at both ends, and ligatures are encoded so common pairs can be swapped for a cleaner join. The pale ground and the small caption are presentation; the dark handwritten name is the face.

The compact body keeps a brand name tight, and the flat side tails frame it at 24 pt on a 50 mm bottle label in one ink.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 50 by 70 mm label: set the brand at 24 pt, keep 10 mm at each end of the line for the tails, and set the volume in a 6 pt caps at the foot of the panel.
Pre-production check
A tail printed past the label die is cut off flat; check the imposed label and keep 8 mm of clearance at both ends.
The quirky script suits a playful card, and the small body stays readable at 30 pt on an A6 sheet printed on a plain ground.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A6 card: set the line at 30 pt across the middle, keep 14 mm at each end for the tails, and leave the lower third blank for the time and address.
Pre-production check
A compact script set at 18 pt turns its joins to mush; check the proof and keep the line at 26 pt or above.
The flat tails wrap into a printed band, and the even weight keeps a two-word phrase clear at 26 pt around a printed mug panel.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 200 by 70 mm wrap: set the phrase at 26 pt, keep 10 mm of clear wrap at each end, and centre the line on the visible band rather than across the handle.
Pre-production check
A tail crossing the handle seam looks like a break in the word; check the template and shift the line 12 mm to clear it.
