Fine textured swash calligraphy with more than 150 end swashes
Amelia Script is a fine calligraphic script with a dry textured stroke and a large set of end swashes, so a single word can be finished with a long curved flourish in whichever direction the layout needs.

Visual anatomy & craft review
The word sits as a low connected line: the a opens with a small loop, the m keeps three even arches, the e closes a narrow bowl, the l rises into a fine loop and the i carries a light dot, all at a thin weight with a dry edge where the pen lifts. The texture is what keeps the face from looking like a clean vector script — the strokes break very slightly along their length, which is what a real pointed nib does on cold-press paper. The swashes are the practical feature: with more than 150 variants, a designer can pull a flourish left, right or under the word to fill a wide card without a separate ornament. Hairs are fine, so the face wants 20 pt minimum and a smooth stock. The dark ground, the floral frame, the white ink and the two badges are presentation; the script is the word.

The end swashes let one short name fill a wide card without an ornament, and the dry texture reads as real pointed-pen work at 24 pt on a smooth stock.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 148 by 105 mm card: set the names at 24 pt on the centre line, choose a swash that runs to the outer margin on each side, and keep 16 mm of clear card below the flourish for the date block.
Pre-production check
A dry texture printed on cold-press stock breaks into a dotted line; check a proof and specify a smooth sheet for the script layer.
The fine swash gives a wordmark a direction, and the laid-paper texture keeps it from reading as a system script at 15 pt on a card.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 90 by 50 mm card: set the studio name at 15 pt with one end swash turned inward, set the contact in a 6 pt sans at the foot, and keep 10 mm of clearance under the longest descender so the swash does not touch the block.
Pre-production check
A turned-in swash can collide with the following word; check the set line at final size and choose a shorter swash rather than reducing the tracking.
The thin textured script heads a menu at 28 pt without competing with the dish list, and the swash fills the head of the card where a plain line would leave a gap.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A5 cover: set the header at 28 pt across the upper third, run the swash into the top margin, set the dishes in a 9.5 pt serif below, and hold 14 mm between the flourish and the first course.
Pre-production check
A swash running into the trim loses its point; check the cover proof and keep the tip at least 5 mm inside the cut line.
