Foundry portfolio · Decorative · Display
Doo Design Studio writes decorative and western-flavoured lettering. Rope is textured and unmistakably western, Western is a cleaner take, and the two releases suit ranch branding and rustic signage.
Before you buy from this studio
Rope textures read as line art at large sizes and as noise small. Choose the cleaner release for small pieces.
Rope-drawn script display
Rope is a display face drawn entirely as twisted rope on a pale textured paper: loose script-like letters with a strand running through each stroke, knot-like curls at the terminals and uneven joins, set in two lines with no other copy on the sheet.

Western slab in solid and outline
Western is a western slab display shown on whitewashed boards in four treatments: a solid badge lockup with a hat and stars, a straight line in outline, a repeated word in outline and an arched line in outline, with a small studio badge in the corner and a format list along the foot.
