Foundry portfolio · Handwritten · Serif · Display
Idealistudio crosses handwriting with serif lettering. Junella is personal and quick, Qerdith is a measured roman, and the three releases are aimed at stationery, journals and quiet brand work.
Before you buy from this studio
Handwriting and serif work together at different sizes. Keep the serif for the supporting line.
Narrow casual rounded lettering with tall ascenders and a tight rhythm
Junella is narrow casual handwriting in rounded lettering, with tall ascenders, tight spacing and a level baseline, so a single word reads as a tall friendly column rather than a written line.

Experimental antique display serif
Qerdith is an experimental antique display serif in cream on a museum-style still life: narrow upright capitals with angular bowl joints, small ornamental serifs, a monogram at the top between dated notes, and sample rows of uppercase, lowercase, numerals and punctuation set on a stone tablet.

Angular geometric display
Ruvena is an angular capital display in cream on a dusk-lit interior: wide capitals with a diamond-like A opening, sharply directed middle arms and a squared rhythm, set as one large word with a rule beneath and a full character listing in three blocks at the lower left.
