Foundry portfolio · Serif · Display
Del Cielo Foundry pairs a woodcut serif with a Californian mission-style display face. Lutherwood is heavy and historic, Potrero is warmer, and the two releases suit heritage branding and packaging.

Woodcut serifs carry uneven edges. On vinyl, those edges either lift or weld, so test a single letter first.
Broad traditional serif with worn fill
Lutherwood is a broad traditional serif in dark brown on a mottled mustard ground: wide capitals with flared serifs, a large bowl on the O and a worn, spotted fill, set in two lines between two rules, with a small line above and below that read as sign copy.

Layered retro travel display with inline
Potrero is a wide retro display built as a double line: a heavy sans skeleton with a hollow inline core, wrapped by an outer contour, set in salmon and yellow over a screen-printed tropical scene and used twice at different sizes on the same page.
