Chocotype works serif lettering with one release, The Paloma. The face is editorial and warm, aimed at publishing, menus and premium packaging.
Before you buy from this studio
Editorial serifs need a paragraph test. Set running text before using the face for body copy.
Display serif with ligatures
The Paloma is a display serif in near-black on warm white: high contrast, fine hairline serifs, a wide bowl and a tall ascender, with one word in a light italic script beneath and a tracked line under that, both flanked by a thin vertical rule.
